A little more about me
I still remember when I was about 13 years old, walking around the busy streets of my hometown, Monterrey. I inadvertently entered an old, dusty bookstore where I found a book about Psychoanalysis by Sigmund Freud. Flipping through the pages, I was immediately fascinated by the notion of studying the mind and human behavior. I took the book home and never looked back; I started an exciting journey that, after a few years, led me to earn a degree in Psychology.
I continue the captivating journey of the human psyche today, just as or even more excited than when I was as a kid.
Fitness and Wellness are also a huge part of my life. I am deeply invested in finding the balance between body, mind, and spirit. I have realized that finding this balance is the work of a lifetime and requires much more than academic knowledge and professional experience.
The quest to find balance has led me down the extraordinary path of ancient wisdom; I’ve learned how our ancestors were deeply connected to nature and the universe. Ancient teachings have much to offer to modern life; from the Greeks to the Egyptians, the Hermetics to the Stoics, there are powerful lessons to cultivate mindfulness in the fast-paced world.
By setting clear goals and systems, overcoming limiting beliefs, and cultivating mindfulness, we can unlock your full potential, achieve your goals, and create a fulfilling life. When you are ready, let’s work together.
Health and life coaching is a structured and transformational journey toward personal development. When you are ready, the process will help you gain clarity and recognize the endless possibilities for a better life. Your coach believes in you and will help you stay focused on meeting your goals and overcoming challenges that stand in the way.
What is Health and Life Coaching?
Coaching and therapy both support personal growth, but they differ in focus and approach. Therapy often addresses past experiences and emotional healing, while coaching is future-focused, guiding you in setting and achieving personal goals, gaining clarity, and creating systems for lasting change. Coaches do not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, nor do they prescribe medication.
What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?
Finding the right coach is a deeply personal decision. You will share your biggest dreams and challenges, therefore, it is paramount to feel safe to express yourself freely. Your coach should believe in you and support your unique journey. Schedule an introductory call to assess alignment in values and personality. Don’t be afraid to ask, a good coach will always encourage you to speak up.
